Goal-Based Savings
At ISB, I implemented and scaled a goal-based savings model for a payment bank's customers in Alwar, India. Through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews, I recognized customer challenges in accessing traditional savings programs and helped increase annual household savings for 1000+ households across 50+ villages.
Bank Balance Batao
I optimized a mobile-based bank balance enquiry service to facilitate easier balance checks for a payments bank customers. Analyzing telecom data, I assessed periodic peaks in enquiry turnaround time and recommended revision to customer executive deployment to increase monthly engagement by 60% increase in call resolution.
Project Champion
I analyzed & visualized customer insights for a sports retailer as a part of an investment due-diligence. I developed a dynamic analysis tool to assess NPS, Brand Funnel, Brand Fit and Brand Association metrics and automated ~90% of the analysis to reducing project turnaround time to accelerate investment decision ahead of timeline.
